By accessing or using DebugDen (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Code Snippets & Licensing
DebugDen is a platform for sharing knowledge. By posting code snippets, questions, or answers, you agree that:
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you post, but you grant DebugDen a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display it.
MIT License Default
Unless otherwise stated, code snippets posted on DebugDen are deemed to be shared under the MIT License for community use.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Posting malicious code, viruses, or harmful scripts.
- Harassing, bullying, or intimidating other developers.
- Spamming questions or answers to artificially inflate your reputation score.
- Attempting to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.
4. AI Generated Content
Disclaimer
Our "Generate AI Answer" feature uses third-party Large Language Models. AI can make mistakes. You acknowledge that code generated by AI may contain bugs, security vulnerabilities, or hallucinations. Always review code before using it in production.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall DebugDen, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
These terms are governed by the laws of India/Maharashtra.
